The order took forever to arrive and we were in dedsperate need of it, much longer than the time stated on the website. I ordered from LiveOak because your price was far better than Amazon's. However, the monitor was not what needed to be replaced; the transmitter needed to be replaced. Because of your return policy of nothing less than $30, I am stuck with a brand new monitor and don't need it, because my original one works. I think your return policy should be reviewed.
