Growing company with a lot of potential
Bought a sauna and cold plunge for outside. Delivery was good. Well packed. After set up, I had a few glitches. Actually a very modern, classy look. Paid someone to put it together and have had a few glitches with the sauna such as fading of paint and minor issues with trim pieces. I will tell you, when I needed help, I got it. The customer service was good and a special thank you to Jay. He was beyond helpful and helped me to resolve problems. He even gave me his phone number if I needed help. Sauna works great. I did have an issue with the sauna panel beeping, but found out you have to turn on the panel first before heating and it’s resolved. Would be great to be able to turn on the sauna remotely and not have to turn on the panel first. The cold plunge chiller had an issue, but they sent me a new one. Awesome! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the instructions for both were not great. Very disconnected with instructions, video, and what actually needs to be done. A work in progress, but I have faith they will make it happen. Lastly, it would be nice if it may be outside product a little more durable with the paint. Thanks to Jay the most for saving me. The most important thing is they identified the problem listened and did the right thing and replaced things.
