We love our sauna (Beauty Box) from Litmethod! We got it for Christmas and We use it daily…the infrared and red lights are amazing. Speakers are awesome with Bluetooth! Litmethod is legit! Customer service is amazing too! I wouldn’t buy from anyone else! We highly recommend them…you won’t be disappointed!

I wanted a fitness brand that prioritizes longevity. I've used LIT equipment and classes for the last 10 years, and the way it has evolved with the needs of my changing body is incredible. I don't even remember the last time I was injured because the experience is also rooted in physical therapy and recovery. That was the best part of the strength machine...getting stronger and then being able to protect that progress with the rest of the LIT product suite. I'm just now starting on the contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge) phase and I'm truly in love with it. So rare to find a brand you have a long term relationship with like this.

I love this company. Initially bought their LIT Rower and Axis smart system for my home gym - fit in perfectly! Then bought one of their higher end sauna's and absolutely in love with it! the quality and durability really stands out compared to others on the market. Would highly recommend. Very competitively priced for the product you receive.

Read the return policy prior to order. The red light bed was smaller than we expected but dimensions were posted so our bad.

At the time of purchase, the product dimensions were clearly listed on our website, and the order was placed with those specifications available. We ship all orders from Salt Lake City, Utah, and because these units move via LTL freight, they are processed and dispatched quickly to ensure timely delivery. In this case, your cancellation request was received four days after the order was placed, at which point the shipment was already in transit. As noted in our shipping and return policy, once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead go through the return process. LTL freight shipments—especially large, crated items—incur significant transportation costs, which is why the return shipping fee applies. These charges reflect the actual cost of freight services. We understand that the size may not have met your expectations, and we always encourage customers to review product specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit for their needs. That said, we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. We bought 3 sauna cold plunge bundles from LIT for our small gym recovery room. The LIT team walked us through choosing the best options for us based on use frequency and sauna features. Most of all they helped with sizing specs, looked at our floor plan and were able to provide guarantees that everything will fit and there will be no surprises as we were limited in space. Delivery took a little over 5 weeks.

Bought the full package from LIT, including the sauna, cold plunge, and chiller. First, the products are absolutely gorgeous and I'm so happy a brand actually cares about design. Order Process: I booked a demo and had a great experience with the rep and decided to change my sauna model after learning more about the hybrid sauna. So happy I did because everyone in the family loves it. Delivery: Delivery was a little bumpy because we live in a remote area, and the weather caused a few delays. They only deliver curbside, so make sure you have this scheduled accordingly. Customer Support: Erik is fantastic and helped coordinate my delivery and provide me with all the information I needed for assembly, maintenance, and routines. Would highly recommend
