It has taken 7 business days to receive my order,and I thought some of the other sites were slow but lit farm's wears the crown!!!! I have made at least a hundred purchases online, they give the least notifications about your order, absolutely no explanation for what's taking them so long and no consideration for customer's,the first and last time I will order from them,and the weight isn't correct either...smmfh.I purchased the order on 10/09

Customer support is incompetent. One day I have a confirmed order and then 2 weeks later when I checked they said it was cancelled and a refund issued. No notice of this action was ever provided!! I tried to get the order reinstated and the said it was sent to shipping for processing on 10/07. Asked for another status on 10/10 and was told the order was cancelled It seems no one there has a clue and they have lost me as a customer!!!

Deliver your product when you say, been nearly two weeks still nothing says it's still in California.

I was just scammed nothing just arrived after trying to talk with support they told me to contact my bank

Decent bud sometimes, and good prices. Some strains are total trash on the essential end and their supreme is Ok but Bay smokes top tier is way better than their supreme at LIT and they don’t even carry anything as bad as their essential. Its cheap weed so you basically get what you pay for. The main knock is their shipping. They use usps and they are so inconsistent. Its gonna sometimes take two weeks to get it although they advertise two to three days. I ordered last friday and its now Friday again and looking like the earliest will be next Wednesday if it even makes it by then. Its been in Sacramento since Tuesday and hasn’t moved.

I paid money for something I didn't receive, I paid on Sept 9 and it's now Sept 15. I'm quite disappointed, I'm thinking it may have gotten to it before I did,

I'm happy I found a place I can afford and then shipping is great and they have deals every week which helps me to afford it when I don't have a lot .I trust them completely!!! I dont have any side affects,I can relax or I can enjoy before I go out and about. Variety of strains to choose from and I'm never disappointed. I'm about a year into purchasing from them with NO ISSUES and IM staying until my wheels fall off. Hehe

I've used litfarms for over 2 years with dozens of orders. I've never had any issue with any of there products. Takes roughly 7 days after your order was placed to recieve your order. Even when there was issues with orders(rarely) they where always corrected. There system isn't the greatest but it works and have recommended litfarms to anyone looking for mail order products.
