I have ordered from them over a dozen times. The selections are great, the price is very affordable and the site is easy to navigate. I want to give 5 stars, but the delivery time is horrible. Forcing me to pay priority(which is 2-3 days) but then I don't receive my order for at least a week, sometimes longer. Im strongly thinking of using a different service who has better shipping options. even if it cost a little more, worth not waiting.

The cost of shipping is ridiculous. Obviously a ploy to increase their bottom line. I’d much rather pay more for a product up front, than to pay for inflated postage. But we’re living in the age of deception.

Good tree. TAKES FOREVER TO SHIP. Absolutely trash shipping service. Honestly the delivery time makes the quality of weed useless. Who tf wants to wait 2 weeks for their shit? If you ask me, November 12 needs to come sooner because they can’t handle all this. At least then, there will be much less business for them and they actually get their product to their customers a lot sooner than this bullshit

I like the product , but I can't stand the shipping and it's not the USPS it the time to get order out the door of lit farms. Just got delivery date which I have only gotten twice out of over 12 orders and it is saying Friday which is 11 days after ordering.

I waited 12 days for my order to come and when it did I was so angry that they sold me some old ass hemp. Brown and stringy with no smell of hemp. It smells like it was in a closet for years. I would get my money back but it will be too much of a headache for $54 in total. I’m going to trash this and I’m done with this company. I spent too much money for them to treat me with little regards of making sure the customer gets what he paid for.

I ordered from LIT on June 9 it is now the 15th and my package still hasn't been shipped. . I contact them email and they have a AI bot respond to the inquiries.. but when i wrote that i was going to another farm and getting a refund ..they responded with all sales are final .. with no name on the response.. What's worst this was my 5th time purchasing from them the last package i had was stolen because USPS delivered to the wrong door so i got a refund and repurchased ...i guess they didn't like that

Ordered and 2 days later got a update about a shipping label. 8 day shipping! Horrible product! 4 different stands came in dry with not a single moisture pack. I will never shop here again. I seen a review like this one on reddit and disregarded it. That was my mistake. Could go to your local smoke shop for something way better. Have moisture packs and 48 hours of it in a dark place if you do order with them. Good luck

The essential ounces are hit and miss. In my experience more misses than hits, the shipping is always slow. I got my order in two day once compared to their competitor smoke kind, kind is always two days three tops. And finally what's the point of taking pride in your genetics when the farms you partner with sell biomass garbage, except for the supremes, again smoke kind I can get supreme oz quality Everytime for a fraction of the price at lit farms. If your looking to buy good west coast flower with good genetics I suggest smoke kind, all their products are amazing, I'm not a shill, I don't work for smoke kind, I made the switch from lit to kind and haven't looked back
