We have been ordering from Lit for almost a year. At first, it was great! Processing & shipping were quick, the product was on point. But then. That came to an end. As time has gone on, processing and shipping time has increased. The product is straight trash. It never looks as described and has been so dry that it just turns to dust in a grinder. I contacted support but never received a response. I tried to explain that we'd like to be continuing customers but this needs to be fixed. Nothing. Not recommended at all.

I purchased from litfarms and they sent me something completely NOT AS DESCRIBED. I reached out to their customer support team to resolve the issue. However, they refuse. They continue to offer me a discount on my next purchase. I asked for a refund and they refuse and offer the discount again. I will not be needing a discount code because I will not place an order with these SCAMMERS again.

They have been a game changer for me. No more middle man.. It came on time and has been great smoke every single time.

Terrible product and it took a week for them just to ship it. When I inquired with customer service, they were rude and jerks. They can keep their crap products but I will spread the word.

Bag was short. Idgaf if it’s by .1 that shit was short, shipping took forever, updates for shipping took forever, bud got here and it’s dryer than a deserts ass crack. $30 ounce of the LA Kush Cake, shits definitely mid at best I’m torn between can taste it and can’t one second it’s like I just cut the yard the next hit it’s tongue blind. I am stoned though. Might just be placebo cuz after waiting for over a week for it to get here I did have to take a t break. Only reason it’s getting a 2 star is because of it not burning the shit out of my throat when I smoke it so I can at least confirm they don’t use pesticides and it works but In 2025 you have better options than these guys. Anybody in Oregon is doing it better.

I've been using this company for about a year now. If you use the system correctly, you will be happy. Here's the deal: do not buy essential buds unless they are listed as Smalls. Regular essential buds always seem funky to me , but then again what can you expect for that price . If you're willing to go small you could keep that price with the Essential Smalls. I always like their Smalls. Now, if you choose the preferred strain which is their mid, you're going to be happy whether it's full size bud or Smalls. I've never tried the Supreme or top tier. I don't see the need to spend the extra money when the preferred always is true to the strain as far as smell and taste and effects. So essential Smalls, or preferred or better and you will be happy. To avoid any problems, just don't buy any essential full size bud. If you follow my advice you will be very happy with this company. Another thing I do is wait until I have an order over $125 so I could get the free shipping. I know it takes a while sometimes but I can't complain about free shipping. They could do a little better with the shipping when you're paying $11 for it.

Real happy with product, was happy with delivery intill I saw invoice and was charged , it was supposed to be free shipping because of dollar amount I spent. Ohh well other then that customer service and product are great. Company got back with me very fast. The paper invoice in box had the shipping charges, but I was not charged shipping on my card , so 5 stars

I placed a order on October 18th and still haven't received it. It is the 24th and it's not even in my state.... Will find another company to order from in the future. I just found out that I will not receive it until Monday the 27th lit farms I'm done with you.
