Lemonade smalls essential. Ordered nov 26 packaged nov 29 arrived dec 4. It seams like a long time but that was the expected delivery date listed when I ordered. Smells great doesn't burn the throat. A little dry to the touch but that's my preference I don't like paying extra for steam or moisture. All in all 53 bucks for 28 grams is a win for me looking forward to the weekends!

LIT farms is basically a scam site , they advertise great products with decent prices but that's all part of their scam , they advertise customer satisfaction but in fact they are extremely rude . Don't get excited with the estimated quick delivery date , my order (356184) did not ship until the delivery date I was given and I was charged for priority shipping. I made several attempts to cancel my order but was told "ALL sales are final , no cancellations, no returns , & no refunds " despite their website claims of quick processing and shipping. Once they get your money , its pretty much game over . I was told by Bry that I was a fraud , how ironic ! Update 9/10/26 @litfarms you're about 10 months too LATE to show concern about my horrible experience purchasing from your company . Lesson learned the hard way , I trusted your company and that was my mistake, it will never happen again

You've cited order 356184, priority shipping that didn't ship until the promised delivery date, cancellation requests refused, and then being called a fraud. The last part in particular should not have happened. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review.

Just out of curiosity I decided to try thinking oh well there goes 40 bucks only to be pleasantly surprised! Awesome, I wonder what the next level is like! 👍

I started receiving their "newsletter" randomly one day, didn't sign up for it so clearly they bought a list from somewhere. Have tried to unsubscribe but nothing happens, still get multiple emails daily from them. They should be blacklisted and blocked from sending emails.
Response from LitfarmsSep 10, 2026
Mike — receiving marketing you never signed up for, and an unsubscribe that doesn't work, is a legitimate complaint separate from any order. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] and attach a screenshot of this review, along with one of the emails you're receiving, and we'll remove you from the list ourselves.

Mindy — we're sorry. You were waiting on something specific and we didn't have it or communicate about it, and we understand this mattered more than an ordinary order. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll deal with it personally and quickly.

Lit Farms advertised a BOGO on eighths in early October. I paid a bit more than I normally pay per gram for the 1st eighth but I figured I was getting the 2nd one free, so .... Except these thieves only sent an eighth. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $50 & I GOT SCREWED! There's is no way in hell I would pay almost $17 a gram for THCa. They robbed me & they still keep sending me emails trying to screw me over again. You owe me an eighth or a refund LIT.
Response from LitfarmsSep 10, 2026
Deborah — a BOGO where only one eighth arrives is either a packing error or a promotion that didn't apply, and either way you're owed. We're sorry, and sorry the marketing kept coming instead of a resolution. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review.

Look grab your scales and check all your bags ... We order from there weekly by bulk and two of my ounces were almost half off and I had pictures and all they would do is offer 15 dollars off the next time I order... The tree is decent but when you pay for something you want it not to save some money on your next order ... I don't want to order shit from yall
Response from LitfarmsSep 10, 2026
Michael — two ounces significantly under weight, with photographs, answered by $15 off a future order is not a resolution for a weekly bulk customer. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can settle the shortfall properly.
