I bought a lb of lit og it was sent to me and never arrived I was told to put in a claim I put in a claim and then the claim was rejected because of the amount that they put on the insurance so now I'm out $600 and I keep getting an excuses and crazy because I trusted them with such a large purchase on my first go-round

Last order not received. Very very poor customer service help. Never received my package that was supposed to be here September 5, 2026. They never put my PO BOX and made my box insufficient address and still to this day on I never received the order I made.
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Victoria — if the PO Box was left off the label we printed, then the "insufficient address" is our error rather than a USPS one, which makes the non-delivery ours to fix. Nearly two months without the order you paid for isn't acceptable. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll refund or reship it.

Was supposed to have my order already but says it still in CA. I live in PA… this is after the arrival date changed twice. Now it just says it was latest update it’s in CA. Feel like they scammed me for $30. Very disappointed
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Joshua — a delivery date that moved twice and then a package still sitting in California is exactly why this feels the way it does. It's $30 and it's still your $30. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll either get it moving or refund you.

Supreme quality not so supreme. Came with white seeds. About 50/50 tops mids. Tried all 3 qualities a few times. Some of the smalls was better than supreme?? You just dont know what your getting anymore???
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Nick — white seeds in a Supreme, and smalls outperforming the top tier, points at grading rather than preference. If customers can't tell the tiers apart, the price difference between them doesn't mean much. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at those specific packs.

I was excited to see they carried my favorite variety, “Fire OG”! However: Do not use their cannabis. By my standards, it is unusable for safe cooking, safe smoking, or any other use. Not all hemp is safe, these products allegedly may be adulterated as a way of encouraging use of the black market.
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Chris — that's the most serious thing a customer can raise with us, and it deserves evidence rather than reassurance from us in a reply box. We'd rather send you the lab results for the specific batch you received and let you judge them yourself. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll provide them.

Moldy bud, I've had good experiences then this bad experience, I received an oz of zereal and it was moldy and I tried customer support, what a joke. A. I is all you can get hold of and a.I is useless.
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Tommy — a moldy ounce of Zereal after good experiences is bad enough, and finding only an AI on the other end when you tried to report it is what turned it into this review. A mold report needs a person, not a bot. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and one will handle it.

Not legit. Can’t even put the order through. It’s probably a fake site
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Dex — we are a real company, but a checkout that won't accept an order is a fair reason to wonder, and that's ours to fix rather than argue about. We'd like to know what happened when you tried. Please email [email protected] and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll either get the order through or tell you exactly why it failed.

Hi! My boyfriend placed an order through Lit Farms, but unfortunately, he never received it. USPS shows that the package was delivered on September 5th, but nothing was ever received or left in the mailbox. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the order, a backorder, or something else, but at this point, it’s been long enough that we need some kind of resolution. My boyfriend is incredibly sweet and has been very understanding about the situation, but honestly, this isn’t okay. At this point, we’d really appreciate it if you could either refund his order or send out a replacement. We’d just like to receive what he paid for or have his money returned. Please look into this and let us know what can be done. Thank you!

Thank you for writing this as patiently as you did. A package marked delivered that never arrived still leaves him out of pocket, and asking for a refund or a replacement is the right ask rather than a big one. Please have him email [email protected] from the address he ordered with, attaching a screenshot of this review, and we'll arrange one or the other.
