Time to ship is unreasonable your basically taking a gamble on calculating when you should order it seems like they stock all the orders than send em when they ready so they keep all of the extra money we’re paying for faster shipping every body should just stop shipping at this point. They don’t care about the customers

LIT has never let me down. I've placed about 5 orders with them amd they have always been shipped out within a day or 2 of ordering and I usually have it within 4 or 5 business days. Since they ship with USPS this all seems par for the course. All the product isn't anything like the pictures which is a bummer, but if you get Essential it's all pretty decent (you get what you pay for). The Smalls are always pretty good for $30 and oz. Sometimes a bit twiggy. The top their is fire for $120 an oz.

All of the negative reviews on shipping are not wrong. If you don't care when you get, order here they often have sales... They are extremely, extremely manipulative. Another review says that they ship fast the first time and that was true, i told my friends about the website because it was okay weed for a good price and then shipped quick... Now they make you pay up to $15 for shipping that will wait in the mail for weeks. They didn't even make a shipping label last time until an entire week later AFTER I emailed them complaining about it. They just wait as long as possible, I guess until people start Karening (rightfully so as we are paying $15 for shipping and they aren't even making a label until a week later) its a joke. You can order from so many other weed websites, so many, and it will not take that long to get. You can order from smallbuds (what i use instead now) and just get better customer service, good weed still, good prices, and FAR FAR faster shipping. I always get it within a week. Do whatever you guys would like, but just understand the customer service is a joke, the shipping is a joke, and theres so many better places to get it.

They make you pay 13.95 for 1-3 day delivery and it takes about 6-8 days to receive your package. When you message there customer service the person who reply’s to your message is very nasty. the quality of the weed smells great but smokes like 1990s regular weed I will never order from them again not cause of the weed but because of the quality of customer service

They can not get straight the processing of the order. I've been ordering from them a while now. Initially it was 2-3 business days to process now they say 3-5 business days to process. What took a week to get now takes 2-3 weeks to get an order. Im still waiting on my package. They are so slow that I ordered a different site and I got my package 3 days later and still waiting on lit. Absolutely horrible and keeps getting worse. I DO NOT recommend ordering from them.
