Quality, customized products. I have purchased many items and have never been disappointed. Customized ring order took longer than Christmas ornament order. Orders were placed on 7/8 & 7/24 and arrived just 2 days apart. 7/26 & 7/28 Ornament order delivery was super fast! Rings are WORTH THE WAIT! 💜

It was just awful customer service. I do not like to give one star reviews. However, as far as I’m concerned, this was warranted. I’ve been a customer since I am assuming early on in the business. I did not make a profile till a bit later. I have spent hundreds of dollars and only three of my orders have gone on my account for points, etc. I asked if they could add the other ones and they said no way.

Always pleased with Christmas figures. A little disappointed with necklace—chains not long enough and they turned color
