The newsletter regarding Christmas in…
The newsletter regarding Christmas in July as well as the 25% off + free shipping in white on the banner. It showed Christmas products etc. However, free shipping didn't apply. Very misleading and a huge disappointment to someone who owns several items and has bought a friend the village, Nativity, and village sets in their entirety.

I'm so sorry that the advertising seemed misleading for the free shipping. There was a disclaimer when you went into the larger items that the free shipping didn't apply, but we are working on ways to improve the communication in circumstances such as this. We really appreciate your feedback, we are striving to improve how things are communicated!

The pewter dish with heart is lovely…
When I first ordered the pewter dish the custom letters stamped into the pewter were very difficult to read. I contacted Lisa Leonard design and they immediately and professionally took care of the problem. They sent a return label and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The new pewter dishes arrived and they are beautiful. We can't wait to give them as gifts at our daughter's wedding.

I have many pieces from Lisa Leonard and I love them all. Any issues I have had have been resolved in a timely manner. I always get compliments on my jewelry and asked where I got my things. I always tell people that it is from Lisa Leonard.
