Lisa Leonard DesignsReviews of lisaleonard.com

*** update! a few days after this review was posted and the BBB was contacted I received an email that my item was shipped. The necklace and charms were delivered today and it's a beautiful product. I wish it never had to come to this but with so many complaints just like mine out there I felt it was necessary. i'd rate a 0 if I could. I ordered a necklace for my mom with a few pendants that she specifically requested. Of course the credit card was charged the same day. I've reached out via phone, email and social media - NO RESPONSE. BBB has been contacted

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a ring on December 8th, 2022 and was charged immediately for it. I have not received the ring, or any other updates outside of a TON of marketing emails. All support emails and phone calls have been unreturned. I am working with the bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER from them. Don't get scammed like I did.

I’m sickened to read these reviews. I have ordered from Lisa several times with no problems. Mid November l ordered a necklace for my daughter-in-law, that order came without an issue. Shortly after, l ordered another, this time for me. I’m having the same problem as everyone else. When my order was late, l reached out expecting it to be resolved. They have not replied to my emails or phone calls. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Horrible, horrible experience to be in this predicament.

They will NOT return phone calls or emails. I have waited four weeks for an order; I have left multiple messages on the voice mail, since no one answers, and I have emailed. There has been NO RESPONSE. They charged me immediately but have heard nothing since the order was placed. FURIOUS. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER! She will steal your money and your order will NEVER be delivered! I placed an order over a month ago and have called, left VM, DM her, emailed and have had no luck! She is stealing everyone’s money and is getting away with it. Place your orders somewhere else.

I placed my order on 12/1/22 and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete. I contacted them after hearing nothing after 2 weeks and was told it would be 3 weeks. 3 weeks cam and went. I have sent several emails and called and left a voice mail. The only response you get is and automated email that they will get back with me, which they never do. I am starting to think my $200 order is never going to come. I have pleaded for a simple response or acknowledgement but I hear nothing back. I can't recommend this company because they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. A simple response on the status of my order is all I am asking for. 1/11/23-I am happy to report that the day after I placed this review I received an email saying my package was being mailed. I received it today. Still no acknowledgement of all my previous communications but at least I got what I ordered.

Well placed an order and 4 weeks later never received my order and have called...left messages....emailed no response!!! Terrible....they are thieves and stole my hard earned money!!!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a bracelet for my daughter in law in august . It said it would ship 7-10 days. Took 3 months with no follow up, had to keep contacting them. They shipped 3 months later to wrong address, package was returned to them and they never told me. I had to track the returned package myself and still haven’t gotten necklace or refund .
