I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas. It has not come. I have called, texted and emailed and I cannot get a response. Very disappointed and hoping I actually get the ring I ordered

Final update: It didn’t go smoothly. I did receive a replacement ring just in time for Christmas but it didn’t match the original group. 2 of the rings are brushed and the new one is as shiny as it can be. I gave them to my daughter and she is just the type of person to make the best of things so she is going to wear the shiny one on a different finger. I gotta say, I am terribly dissatisfied overall. Second review: Since this review was posted, I have received a phone call. They are offering to send a new ring as well as a label to send the old one back. Hopefully, it will go smoothly. First review: Just a terrible experience. I have emailed, sent messages on messenger and FB, called (goes to VM) and left messages. I ordered rings for my daughter’s Christmas present before Thanksgiving and received on 12/14. The ring with her son’s name was misspelled. I have asked for help but keep getting ignored. I finally got an email that said “call us”! Of course, it went to VM. Apparently my only course of action available is to download a form from their website and package up the rings and mail them back for a refund. I don’t think I will ever get my money back. I will never order from this company again. And last but not least, the quality was not that great either. Stay away!!!

The website never indicates how long it takes to actually receive product. The worst part is lack of customer service. Multiple attempts at calling and emails were ignored.

I ordered a necklace as a gift for my daughter-in-law for the birth of our granddaughter 8 weeks ago and have also been given the runaround about when I can expect to receive it, that they are having trouble getting the gold material. Only a portion of the gift had the gold material. The other charms of this ordered are sterling silver. Why can't they be sent? Now I can't get my phone calls returned. They have charged my card for over $200 two months ago. In the meantime I constantly get emails about all their wonderful products and sales. But I can't get an update on what's going on with my order. What an unethical company. Beware!!! Take your business elsewhere.

This is a horrible, unethical, bordering on fraudulent company. I ordered a necklace as a gift for my wife to celebrate the birth of our child months ago, and have consistently been given the runaround about when I can expect to receive it. They happily charged my card, and it's becoming clear that they will not be fulfilling the order. I have found similar customer experiences all over the internet, even though it's obvious they are trying to bury bad reviews. They are actually just stealing money from consumers and could likely face criminal liability, which I may pursue just on principle and because I can. Christian company.... laughable.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible company. Stay away from these people. They refuse to stand by their faulty products. This used to be a reputable company with integrity but no more. So sad that they care more about profits than integrity. Instead of backing their products, this unethical company has blocked my ability to comment on their Facebook page because I previously left several comments on their posts. They bill themselves as a good Christian company. Total lie!

When ordere was placed site stated item would ship in 5-7 days. A week later checked on order and was told in production and would take up to 4 weeks. Now 6 weeks after ordering was told still in production and unable to give me completion date. The bad thing is my credit card was charged for the item last month.....POOR business practice. Canceled order and was told would refund my $. Would never use this company.
