The necklace I purchased is absolutely beautiful and arrived earlier than expected, giving me time to send it to my daughter in time for Mother’s Day

A most meaningful gift- I joyfully received a Heart and Flower charm necklace from a loving family member. I wear this preciously crafted keepsake with my granddaughter’s name, close to my heart. Daily, it symbolizes my evergrowing love for her.

Hardware is nice but I paid for express shipping. Nowhere did it say it would take 3 weeks to make and then be shipped out. What's the point in paying an extra $20 if I don't get it quickly.

I'm so sorry that your item was not received in a timely manner. Every Lisa Leonard piece is handmade from scratch out of the finest materials after you place your custom order, which means it does take time for your items to be produced.

I love it! A local news anchor wears one like this and I have admired it. I was so excited when I saw it on your site. It is perfect!

Honored a warranty for a product no longer in production by offering to replace in kind. My wife loves this jewelry!

This is my sixth order of the name/birthstone necklace charm. For each of my grandchildren, I add one to their mom’s necklaces. They have been wearing them for 13 & 6 years & love them. I have never been disappointed with my orders
