Everything was very easy. Loved catching a sale. I had to give my email address several times and supposedly was to get a code for 10% off but never did. I assumed I wouldn’t get another 10% off since the bracelets were on sale, but I wasn’t sure and didn’t get a code. On another note, my nephew has CdL syndrome and looks so much like David. Love your honesty and compassion.

The impression was supposed to be a “b” but was messed up and looked like an “o.” Wanted me to mail back and buy a new shipping container to mail back their mistake. I offered to email a picture of damaged product. Couldn’t promise it would be in before Mother’s Day even though I ordered it 2 weeks out and got the damaged one 4 days before Mother’s Day. At least after some firmness they said I did not have to send back the damaged product.

I ordered the "What Matters Most" necklace for my dear friend that has NINE granddaughters!!!! I called to see how I could go about getting 3 charms, with each of the girls names from each family, on a separate charm, but all on one chain. They were very helpful telling me to order one necklace, then two extra charms, call them back with order number and they would make a note to put them all together on the one chain. The necklace came today and it is just perfect!!! Will be mailing it out to my friend for her 70th birthday soon. We met in college 50 years ago!!!
