Joseph Barker was excellent in helping me select what I needed for my Security Systems planning. He provided discounts which you normally don't see in direct quotes online but he was really helpful in letting me choose as per my requirement. He followed up with me on time and answered all the questions I had. Overall i had a pleasant buying experience with Joseph & Link.

Always prompt, don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes for a response!

Leland was absolutely fantastic to work with over the phone! He was so friendly and not pushy at all! I would recommend everyone to him!! Cannot say enough positive things about our experience!!

i had an issue, it was very quickly resolved by Marcia M. THank you.

So far, so good! The customer service alone makes me extremely happy. I converted from ADT, and this is like night and day. My equipment has yet to arrive, but I'm almost positive that if there is ever an issue, Link will be available to assist in every way possible.

We only just ordered our system and service, but must say, the level of service, knowledge, and personality received this evening was impeccable! Courtney A did more than a fantastic job of explaining the features and benefits of our new system, but more importantly, listened to my concerns and understood my expectations. Not only was she pleasant to speak with, she also made sure that she fit us in to what we were looking for. Thank you Courtney and Link Interactive, just want to say that from my experience, Courtney must be a great asset to your company.
