My first biosensor stopped working within 24 hours. I got an error saying to contact them for a replacement. I have contacted them via support email and chatbot over 5 times in the last week and a half. Each time I got a confirmation acknowledging my email, and never heard back from anyone to send a replacement. It was a waste of $50 dollars, simply down the drain. If you’re considering using them, don’t.

Received Zero Customer Service Support
Three emails concerning my first sensor (of two) falling off on the third day have gone completely unanswered prompting me to cancel my subscription. I used Levels/Dexcom for 2 years and any concerns (bad sensor, bleeding) were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Unfortunately, Lingo is either too busy or doesn't care to respond.

I do NOT recommend this product
I have been with Lingo for about 2 months. I ended up cancelling my subscription because I went through about 12 biosensors. They would work for a few days then quit. They will replace them but I just got tired of calling every few days. This should be pulled off the shelf and stop business

The Lingo biosensor/continuous glucose monitor: a decent product
This review (a copy of the one I left on Hellolingo) relates to the Lingo continuous glucose monitor, which is basically a Freestyle Libre 2 repackaged as a commercially available product for non-diabetics to monitor their blood glucose. But my comments on the "stupid AI summary" relate to THIS space, because this is where an awful lot of people are leaving their reviews for the Lingo device, even though this page actually relates to an American 5G wireless company. Worked this out after I left the review, so I thought I'd drop a copy here for those who've also come to the wrong place. Search on Hellolingo for the actual product.
I'm so glad I didn't trust the stupid AI summary and used my human brain to analyze the ratings, because many of the one-stars relate to completely different products called Lingo or are clearly people who didn't follow the instructions. I'm on my third Lingo monitor now and have had no trouble at all, everything works just fine if you follow the instructions. I use a patch as a belt-and-braces measure but haven't even come close to knocking a sensor off yet, and when I remove the sensor after three weeks that thing has a death grip on my arm and will only come off with a persistent pulling motion. Almost painless to put on, no worse than taking off a bandaid when it comes off, the app isn't at all bad, and the insights I'm getting from monitoring my glucose are astounding. I'm too near the start of this "journey" to tell you much beyond that I've already changed the way I eat and feel a whole lot better, having gone from spiking my blood glucose up to the stratosphere several times a day to keeping it under reasonable control (try the Glucose Goddess if you don't know where to start). After a month, I already feel healthier and my clothes feel looser. I was going to put myself on Mounjaro to lose weight but I may not need to...and Lingo's a lot cheaper! This definitely takes the guesswork out of my quest to go from pre-diabetic to "normal".

I was very happy with the first…
I was very happy with the first biosensor I purchased, and it worked like a charm. when I went to replace it, with anew one it would not work: “biosensor incompatible.“ I thought perhaps it was a malfunctioning bio sensor so I used another one that I had purchased and same problem. I wasted two biosensors trying to get it to work. Each one was “biosensor incompatible.

Adil Ray - worst host
Adil Ray is about the worst host you could pick for this show. He is patronising and has nothing original to say.

It may be my own stupidity thinking it…
It may be my own stupidity thinking it was possible but Lingo doesn’t make it clear that this device is a needle and not, as they say a “seamless fitting process”. I’m not good with needles anyway but have it a go and it bent as soon as it touched my skin. Lingo needs to update their website and sales page.
