You should not advertise 2 day delivery if you cannot deliver. It doesn’t say except for holidays and weekends. I ordered a sensor on 5/22. It is now 5/26 and have not received it. When I called to check I was told that Monday was a holiday and ups was closed. They darn sure were not closed on Friday and Saturday. They didn’t hesitate to take the money instantly on Friday.

Useful to see how your food affects your blood sugar
Recently got a months worth of this because of unexpected high fasting and post prandial blood sugars despite not being overweight.
Really easy to use and useful to see what specific foods and cortisol levels (stress and when you wake up) affect your blood sugars
The only thing I do not understand as is not explained well if the Longo count . You seem to get count added for no reason so it is so easy to go over target even whilst eating healthily . A small treat of 3 squares of chocolate resulted in me having 32 points added to count !! ( target for day is 60 !!! ) . Rest of day was very healthy food , low to zero carb yet I go massively over my count . So do not understand this at all .
Overall useful just as a bit of a test but wouldn’t use all the time, firstly because it could lead you to be comes little to focused on zero carbs and secondly because it is very expensive working out at £90-100 per month .

Very helpful, but needs some technical improvements
The constant feedback on blood sugar levels helped me tremendously to find out how my body responds to certain foods I thought were healthy, i.e. lentils. I control my behavior in regards to food and exercise much better due to the ongoing feedback.
This is all achieved without pinching myself multiple times per day. I took a star off because the app gets inaccurate after about 10 days. It shows very high glucose spikes which are sometimes 30 points off (159 instead of 127 when I checked myself with a fingerstick). The fasting glucose is also off by a lot (110 instead of 95 checked by fingerstick). This inaccuracy does need improvement. It is also a little pricy. I do like that I do not need to subscribe and still can get it on a month-by-month basis.

Useful glucose tool for health monitoring
This is a useful tool in helping the user view their glucose fluctuations in real time, following consumption of food/drink. Analysis of trends in data is presented in graph form and common themes and data of glucose spikes is also summarised. The device itself is easy to apply to the back of your arm and really does not hurt at all during application or afterwards. It has an adhesive edge so does not easily dislodge during daily life including showering and dressing. I have found it really interesting as a non diabetic learning what types of foods/drinks create glucose spikes and which foods keep glucose more stable. I also found the app easy to download and use, I found that more natural whole foods and a diet of high protein low carbs and low sugar kept my glucose spikes lower and more consistent which is better for my body. I have really enjoyed trying this biosensor although I think the app could be vastly improved to give more detail and a broader functionality for the user Although I didn’t like how most of the listed foods on the app were mostly American

Good customer service, useful insight
Firstly, I'm aware of scanners from other people, even though I do not have diebetes myself. I tested this in order to find out exactly where I stood. The video supplied was clear, but I had problems with the first unit. I contacted their customer support and I must say, they were excellent. They took details and shipped a replacement, so top marks there.
Application was easy and painless. Linking to my phone was simple too. It's been good to get an insight into how foods affect my blood sugar levels, thankfully, I have nothing to worry about.
I am finding (after 8 days) that the unit is coming away from the sticky pad a bit at the edges. Water isn't getting in when showering, it's still firmly attached to my skin. But around the edges of the sensor is a bit loose.
The other slight negative (but a minor one), is the app for registering food. There are many things that just aren't listed. Also, its American English, so no peppers, just Capsicum! Good product overall though.

Biosensor …
I found the sensor easy to apply using the easy to follow instructions in the box. I liked that the sensor sends information straight to my phone in real time, so it easy to track. The app was quick and easy to set up and use. I learnt quite a bit about my eating habits and how it affects my blood sugar levels throughout the day. If anything could be improved, it would be to have more information around how to use/get the best out of the app.

still have room for improvement
Lack of clear number reading like dexcom.
Lack of heads-up before the sense expires.
