Nope, not worth it. The sensor looses the connection all the time. One time I had to wait 2 hours to re connect. It only shows me when my sugars are at 200 or under. So I can’t see if my sugars are higher than 200. Costumer service sucks!!!! I’ll stick with free style Libre better. I only bought one to try it and I was exited but after all the trouble and not being able to read my sugars when I need it to, I won’t be buying it again. It also reads the sugars about 20-40 numbers difference then when I check with my regular blood test by the finger. It’s not accurate.

Have had several of these sensors now as I find the info really useful. The new app update is even better with photo scanning and nutritional info. Customer service is brilliant. I messed up putting my first sensor on so the applicator was no use and they sent me a free replacement without any quibble and I’ve also had one that failed after a few days and after a quick troubleshoot they sent me a free replacement.

I was moving my couch to get my dogs ball and my lingo sensor came off. Just three days of having it on i was upset but I reached out to the customer service number and spoke with Levi and just gave my name and sensor number and he said that I'll send a new one to me through mail.😀 it came in today not just one sensor but 2 came through the best company so far.

the device is inaccurate. only works on some phones as it needs NFC. falls off without additional bandage, and they will bombard you with spam with no way to stop it. Im currently trying to get their, lack of, customer service to help.

Terrible product. Five out of seven have prematurely failed. Including two company replacement, one of which did not work out of the box. It seems to me that the primary reason for the failures is the adhesive on the arm sensor. They either fall right off, or they partially and impeceptably detach and the probe that goes into your skin comes out. This last one just fell off as I was standing doing nothing. This time I'm going to ask for a refund because they are just too unreliable. Great idea, but unreliable.

The lingo software so pathetic it's expensive CGM and it won't let you look at previous days doesn't work I hope Abbott Labs goes bankrupt... Shame on them for not fixing this problem after all this time. I really don't care if a product is FDA approved or not FDA is not looking out for us anyway

Terrible customer service! My Lingo failed, no one available to answer support. If you post hours, make sure someone is there to support on time!!!!
