Have had several of these sensors now as I find the info really useful. The new app update is even better with photo scanning and nutritional info. Customer service is brilliant. I messed up putting my first sensor on so the applicator was no use and they sent me a free replacement without any quibble and I’ve also had one that failed after a few days and after a quick troubleshoot they sent me a free replacement.

I was moving my couch to get my dogs…
I was moving my couch to get my dogs ball and my lingo sensor came off. Just three days of having it on i was upset but I reached out to the customer service number and spoke with Levi and just gave my name and sensor number and he said that I'll send a new one to me through mail.😀 it came in today not just one sensor but 2 came through the best company so far.

The Lingo biosensor/continuous glucose monitor: a decent product
This review (a copy of the one I left on Hellolingo) relates to the Lingo continuous glucose monitor, which is basically a Freestyle Libre 2 repackaged as a commercially available product for non-diabetics to monitor their blood glucose. But my comments on the "stupid AI summary" relate to THIS space, because this is where an awful lot of people are leaving their reviews for the Lingo device, even though this page actually relates to an American 5G wireless company. Worked this out after I left the review, so I thought I'd drop a copy here for those who've also come to the wrong place. Search on Hellolingo for the actual product.
I'm so glad I didn't trust the stupid AI summary and used my human brain to analyze the ratings, because many of the one-stars relate to completely different products called Lingo or are clearly people who didn't follow the instructions. I'm on my third Lingo monitor now and have had no trouble at all, everything works just fine if you follow the instructions. I use a patch as a belt-and-braces measure but haven't even come close to knocking a sensor off yet, and when I remove the sensor after three weeks that thing has a death grip on my arm and will only come off with a persistent pulling motion. Almost painless to put on, no worse than taking off a bandaid when it comes off, the app isn't at all bad, and the insights I'm getting from monitoring my glucose are astounding. I'm too near the start of this "journey" to tell you much beyond that I've already changed the way I eat and feel a whole lot better, having gone from spiking my blood glucose up to the stratosphere several times a day to keeping it under reasonable control (try the Glucose Goddess if you don't know where to start). After a month, I already feel healthier and my clothes feel looser. I was going to put myself on Mounjaro to lose weight but I may not need to...and Lingo's a lot cheaper! This definitely takes the guesswork out of my quest to go from pre-diabetic to "normal".

This lingo was the best ever
This lingo was the best ever, it never stopped working, unless you go to far away from your phone then you loose connection.
It worked all the time, absolutely brilliant. It showed me that I can only eat very little sugar in a day, which is something I didn’t realise. Fabulous worked a treat, highly recommended, thank you.
Would 100% get again if I need.

Great customer service support
I have started my Lingo journey a few weeks ago and had a few problems with my biosensors. However, the customer service was fantastic, they responded very quickly and went far and beyond to help me sort the problem and make sure I was happy. I like the app very much and I enjoy finding out how my body reacts throughout the day. It has been a great motivator to help me change some of my eating habits. I am still at the beginning, but I will continue to use Lingo, and recommended it to my patients. It is a great tool to help you optimize your health.

Hi bought the Lingo to try and help with sugar lows
Hi bought the Lingo to try and help understand what foods were causing my sugar levels to drop especially when out walking. I love it! it gives me really good results and it's really easy to use. I also knocked mine off my arm, contacted customer service ( Elizabeth) and she was really quick at replying and replaced it without any problem at all, amazing customer service!

Great Concept
I have received Lingo Biosensor as part of Home Tester Club. It's really great idea to be able to monitor how food affects your body glucose. App has some guidance around food and how body uses glucose, etc. But from the beginning.
Sensor application is very easy and it was completely painless for me. Instructions were easy to follow. There is one thing though. Instruction says to clean skin in the place where sensor will be applied with alcohol wipe. There wasn't one in the box and I didn't have one at home. I think it should be provided especially there is a needle piercing the skin. My sensor did last whole 14 days even though they say that some sensors may not last full two weeks. There was one more con at the end. There was nothing in the instruction on how to remove the sensor. Should I peel it carefully or with force ? In one go or what ? There was no word on it but it should be there. Generally I see this product as really cool thing to explore and try. Especially if you care about fitness and health.
