You also mentioned in your last email communication that you haven’t been using the app frequently and would like to cancel your subscription. Our support team member replied with the details on how to complete the cancellation, which we’ve copied below for convenience, if you have still not cancelled your account. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be cancelled directly through the Apple App Store. Please find the steps below: Cancel on iPhone: Open Settings and tap your Apple ID at the top. Select Subscriptions to view all active and expired subscriptions. Tap the subscription you want to cancel (Line2) Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm your choice. Alternatively, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription to confirm

Your card issuer should complete the refund within 7–10 business days. There was no cancellation request prior to this date, and your request was handled promptly.
