A couple of days ago It was my first time ever using Limited run games to purchase a LE of a game which may I add was $112 dollars. So I purchased the game It was all well and good and I let a couple friends know about It and they gave me some opinions and how they felt about the recent purchase and they were right, spending that much on a game Is a really bad money choice so I agreed with them so on the SAME DAY I put a cancellation request on the item which btw is not getting shipped until 2020 so much time to cancel. So I've waited for 2 long days to finally get a response from there "Head support specialist" which she took two damn days to reply with they cannot refund my order because "all orders are final" first of all, It was a pre order for a game that's being shipped out in early 2020 and It took them 2 days to write that, that's disgusting. Then they had the tendency to say you can send it back to only get back 15% of the original price of the item. Which made me ticked off the most so If I receive the item not opening the box to just ship it back I'd only get 95 dollars from the original 112 screw that. There "all orders are final" business perspective Is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in a business. The best thing to do and what I recommend is making a case with the BBB and smarten limited run games up. All in all score for this company/service is a 0/10 never gonna go through them again.

This company is the epitome of Soup Nazi. I had ordered two games back in January and they're were supposed to send them out earlier this month. When I did not receive them, I contacted them. They told me I had to contact my neighbors fill out a police report and do several other things. I told them that was their responsibility and they were welcome to do that, my responsibility was only to contact them. I informed them that if they weren't going to fix the order I was going to contact American Express and dispute the charges. At which point they ban me from the website. So let me reiterate I didn't receive my order, I contacted them, and they refused to make it right I contacted my credit card card company. For doing this they banned me. I would rather shop Best Buy and get the limited Run games from them. You are paying a premium for poor customer service.

A great, small company. If you are patient and polite, you’ll get the same treatment back- I say this because it’s clear some video game fans can become enraged very quickly over... well, anything. I believe LRG has a no harassment policy, which is smart. Whenever I’ve created a ticket I tend to hear back within a week. If you don’t hear back my guess is that they can’t give certain information yet. Their shipping dates are estimates only (if you read the website when placing an order, it’s not a specific shipping date). There are sometimes production issues that arise and they provide updates explaining why things are delayed. They are very transparent about their manufacturing process; their items tend to be preorders so sometimes they make quantities based on the number of orders, which is a great way to handle items that are more in demand. The two and three week windows for placing pre-orders is a godsend- makes everything way less stressful. Love it that they worked out a deal with Best Buy which is when I’ve occasionally been able to pick up titles. They also work with “mom n pop” video game stores (who sometimes put up their stock online), which is also lovely. Some titles, of course, are actually more limited. I tend to have things shipped to Canada and things have always arrived in perfect condition. Also, they use several tracking order methods, depending on where you live (which is great because Canada Post doesn’t supply tracking info on international shipments). Only thing I would say is that if you are shopping for a game gift and need it ASAP, this is not how the company operates (as in its not just a storefront with stock). Anyway, if you prefer owning physical copies of games, they’re a great company!

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Due to their business model they know they only have to sell a limited number of games and they always sell out, this means they don't need to retain customers and they treat you like crap. I waited over 9 months for some games, and had to open over 20 support tickets to get a response. Why is a company this bad? Because they can be.

I have ordered a game (Luminous Avenger iX) and it was said to ship out before October ends, its the 29th as im writing this so either they were set back and failed to notify me or they scammed me. Which is a shame because i don't believe they mean anything bad but i really feel like i jusy wasted my money. Looking at other reviews they even fail to try and respond to the reviews. Might ask for a refund or wait because they arent giving me other option

I received this very late order today in the mail... And there is only ONE copy of Gunhouse. I ordered TWO! Seriously, don’t you guys bother to check order status or then late orders before they go out? When everyone else got their orders months ago! And if I hadn’t figured out you all never sent mine it would have gone unfulfilled! Now you half fill the order.... I will be honest. I am glad Vita is almost done with you guys. So I won’t have to order anymore from you all. Ordering directly from you all has been a nightmare. No updates on titles that take months past deadlines (and yeah, I have had many issues with order previously, last one you all sent me PS4 copies, not Vita), incorrect orders. Orders that come missing games. Bent or destroyed cards. I honestly have to say your customer service has downright sucked at times! And I don’t believe you all care one single bit! For someone who has spent upwards of $3-4 THOUSAND dollars on titles from you all, it seems like you don’t give one crap about customer service! Let me know when this other copy will ship ASAP. I expect NO MORE DELAYS ON THIS ISSUE....

Scammers who will take your money and provide you with nothing in return then ignore all communication. Avoid.

I ordered a limited edition of Spelunky on february 6. Box was sent on May 30 by LRG ! and delivered June 13. Waiting my box, I asked many times LRG support about a delivery date, unsuccesfully. Their answer was always ' currently in manufacturing. We will begin shipping them out when we receive them from the manufacturer." So finally, the box is OK, it's a special edition but overpriced IMO, so i cant really recommend this store.
