The merchandise was as advertised & met my expectations. The only thing I thought can possibly be improved upon is shipping. It took a few weeks to receive. I did track with the tracking number that was provided along with the shipping confirmation. There were delays however were more than likely out of their control.

I received my bathing suit rather quickly. I'm 5'1" 130 pounds and bought a size M. It fits perfectly.. I like the extra material around the midsection. Very flattering. AND IT HAS POCKETS. I never knew I needed pockets in a bathing suit but here I am!

Lilyease looks to have some great looking swimwear. They advertise non-stop on social media. Having learned the hard way, I checked out who owns Lilyease. No surprise, it is impossible to find out. Also, note, no phone number; nothing about the founders of the company; and a whole lot of fake-sounding 5-star reviews. Sizing is way off as well. Not at all accurate. Save your time and money and shop with reputable, transparent retailers.

The black ditzy-floral romper fits well, is very comfortable, and is a flattering look for the mature woman. I love it! My only complaint is that it took about 3 weeks to arrive, perhaps because of world events affecting shipping. I look forward to purchasing from Lilyease again!

I bought from Lilyease.com in Nov 25. My order unfortunately went to a wrong address & it was returned to sender. I have emailed the Customer Support Service back & forth since Nov 25 to have another set of swimwear sent out or refund me. They continue to email with no concern to rectify the issue. There is no phone number to speak to any one at the company? I just keep going round in circles!! Continued from this review- I contacted them AGAIN as of their reply to this review, only to be told by them my return/refund policy had run out!! I had contacted them only weeks after my order went to the wrong address, which by the way I had to investigate with NZ post to find my own parcel!! This level of customer service is unacceptable. " Want to help resolve it" has yet to be seen. 26 May 2026 UPDATE- My order to refund or send my order back to me has STILL not been rectified!!!! They are now ignoring my emails, I have asked for a customer service phone number to talk to an actual person but to no avail!!? They have told me their refund policy for me has ran out, how can this be when I was following up with my order only weeks after posting out to me. UP to now they have stolen my money!! STILL as of 19/8/26 no one has responded to my recent emails, they are just ignoring me now!! PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS LILYEASE REFUND ME!!

I bought a swim dress and knee length shirts and both fitted well and looked great. The shorts are particularly comfortable and have a convenient pocket too! Bought another pair recently to go with other tops. Price was cheaper than comparative swimwear elsewhere. Communication was frequent and delivery time was reasonable

A beautiful well made bathing suit that I will feel confident in. I may need one more! Thank you.

I placed an order for 3 swimsuits in Febuary, to date i havn't had a single communication, shipping update, finaly emailed the company to ask about my order, only to be told all Bathing suits were out of stock, i opted to wait another couple of weeks for swimwear to come back into stock, i am still waiting, almost April now, very dissapointed, if product is out of stock it should state that on the web site and also on a post order email
