LilyeaseReviews of lilyease.com

I recently purchased swimwear from Lilyease and couldn’t be more impressed. The quality of their pieces truly exceeds that of other companies I’ve tried — the fit, fabric, and overall finish are exceptional. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team went above and beyond, making every effort to ensure I received my items in time for my holiday. Their communication was prompt, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find both outstanding product quality and such dedicated customer support. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Lilyease again and highly recommend them to others.

Great products,.true to size, fabric feels really good and comfortable. Swim pants are amazing. Thankyou.

The swim dress looks exactly as represented and I’m very pleased to say it fits as well. I feel confident in coverage and very comfortable and cute! It took a very long time to get here. It did not arrive in time for a planned trip. I will enjoy wearing it this Summer. I would definitely purchase from this company again.Four stars for length of time it took to get here and the useless (to me) panties that arrived with it! I wear more modest swim shorts and bought a coordinating color pair from another company.

Loved my swimsuit, prefect fit and greatly admired at the pool

Beautiful good quality sizing s good

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a bathing suit that ended up being far too small, despite ordering my usual size. When I reached out to request an exchange or refund, I was met with a flat refusal and no willingness to help or even offer a reasonable solution. It’s frustrating enough when sizing is inconsistent, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of customer service. A company that stands behind its products should at least offer exchanges or store credit, especially for something like swimwear where fit can vary so much. I feel like my money has essentially been taken with no regard for customer satisfaction. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I would caution others to think twice before ordering—especially if you’re unsure about sizing, because you may be stuck with something you can’t use.

Easy to shop, some of the discounts things were confusing. I am sure I didn't get all the discounts emails promised, but the articles came, fit and were good. Of course one always wishes to took as good as the models did, but that will never happen.

Very small sizing. I am a size 12 and ordered a medium. It was too small. I tried to exchange for the next size and was told no as they were sale items. When I replied saying I was disappointed I got a thanks for the feedback as a reply. Very disappointed. But I must admit they are very good quality just very small sizing.
