Don't believe that 30 day return policy that shows up first on their website. They don't honor it. Further down they have a 15 day return policy for the exact same purchases and 15 days is all they give you even if you purchased directly from their website.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY MY ORDER SAYS WAITING TO BE P/U FROM CARRIER FOR 3 WEEKS. NO RESPONSE FROM MANY EMAILES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M JUST WAITING TO HEAR.... WE SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS JUST LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMER

Bad Quality. Bad Customer Service.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I an ordered a bathing suit well over two months ago. They said they shipped it to the wrong address and provided proof of delivery, but I went to the house where they shipped it to and they said they never received it. Lilyease was not willing to re-ship the bathing suit or credit me back even though I never received it and I have the receipt showing that my shipping address was correct. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now on email, providing pictures of my front door, my drivers license with the correct address, all of my information and still no bathing suit!!! Do not order from this company. They are a scam and will not make anything right even after taking your money. I will be disputing this with my credit card and get my refund that way.

Will not respond to emails in regards to returns. I’ve requested 3 different times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY even though the products are good. Like anything else you order online there is a risk that it doesn’t fit your body type. If that’s the case, you have thrown away your money!!! I ordered 3 swim suits, all which need returned. Learned my lesson!!!!

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered, tracking says delivered, it was not. I contacted customer service stating this info. I got an email in response stating tracking information and asking if I received it. I responded with I didn't, which is the whole reason I contacted them!! No response since. I've little to no hope I'll ever see it.

I ordered three products from Lilyease. I have been trying to return 2 of the 3 items for days via email. They are not a reputable company. I believe they gave me a false address and when I called the number provided it was not in service. They instructed me to not use UPS shipping because the product would come back to me! Never order from them. They are scam artists!
