Really fast delivery, and the product was as advertised - great fit, comfy and great to swim in. Have ordered two more!

Would have given them ZERO star but it's not an option. Website was .co.uk and return address on package was Hounslow however when I tried to return the items which were unsuitable the return address was China and they refused to refund one of the two items, this was after numerous emails offering discount to keep the items or a voucher to use for future purchases (as if)!! AVOID, ABSOLUTE SHYSTERS.

I bought a full price swimsuit. When it arrived it was unsuitable and I wished to return it. I notified Lilyease the very day it arrived only to be informed that the design I had purchased, AT FULL PRICE, was now in their sale and so under their terms of contract could NOT BE RETURNED!!! THE PRODUCT WAS NOT REDUCED WHEN I PURCHASED IT!!! HOW WAS I TO KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE REDUCED BETWEEN MY ORDERING IT AND ITS DELIVERY?
Response from LilyeaseMar 23, 2026
We’re sorry for the frustration. Products that cannot be returned are clearly marked on both the product page and the returns page. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

The Tankini Top I ordered was good quality, unfortunately the sizing was wrong. I contacted the company regarding returning the top only to be told it was a FINAL SALE item & there are no returns or refunds. Nowhere on my order or confirmation does it state that this item is a final sale item. While I understand the policy it feels rather sneaky as the FINAL SALE items are not clearly labelled. Quite disappointing as the product does seem good quality.

We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. FINAL SALE items are marked on the product and returns pages, but we understand it may not have been clear enough. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

The swimsuit I ordered arrived in excellent condition. It fit exactly as expected and to be honest, looks really good on! The side panels fool the eye a bit and make me look slimmer. That's always a win! It will be perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

We’re so glad you’re happy with your swimsuit and feeling great in it. Enjoy your swimming and snorkeling adventures!
