Ordered a swimsuit on 20 Aug 2026, asked for a status update on its delivery on 23 Sept and got a response 5 days later to say the item was out of stock. Would I ever have been told if I didn’t contact them first? Asked for a full refund. It’s 25 Oct and still haven’t received it. Assuming I never will. Scam company with no customer service - avoid completely.

Minus 10, absolute shit bathers. Didnt even finish the sewing of the garment, smallest size large I have ever seen, absolute disgrace you can get away with selling this crap...I want my money back

Lilyease have a policy that items on final sale are not returnable, even if the sizing is not true to size. So I bought a swim top I really liked but it was not a true size 18. So I wouldn't trust to buy online from them again...it seems odd for an online store not to accept exchanges under those circumstances.

I made an order with this company 6 weeks ago. Today they tell me my order has been "lost in transit". No apologies, no compensation, they just expect me to re-order as one of the original items is now out of stock. 6 weeks and now this!

Unfortunately my experience was one of frustration and disappointment. I made a purchase and after a month of not hearing a word about my order, I sent an email. The response was that one of my order items was out of stock and they were waiting for the item to be restocked and would then send my order. Once the items arrived, I needed to exchange an item for a different style. I was given the option of store credit, or return for refund. I chose to return for refund. The next email offered me 15 % refund and I could keep the item or return the item for refund at my expense. Again I chose to return the item for a refund. An email came with an offer for 65% refund, I keep the item and/or if I chose to return for refund the address was provided with detailed instruction for returning the item and once they determined that the item met the guidelines a refund would be issued. I prepared the item for return as instructed and found that the return address was for China. I requested for an address in the US, the response was they don't have an address in the US for returns. I was frustrated and disappointed at this point. On their Website under About Us they mention expanding their business to the US market which lead me to believe that business transactions are taking place in the US, very misleading. Navigating the customer service department was counterproductive, time and effort wasted on the purchase. The Website is misleading, the business practices are unprofessional and the interactions were exasperating to say the least. While I had hoped otherwise, the experience did not live up to my expectations. Buyer beware.

Places my order on the 16th September (almost a month ago) and still haven’t received any tracking details. They send the tracking details link but no details attached. Have emailed them and have no response! Pretty pathetic.

Bad fitting item and then told no exchange on the item. Will never recommend you or order anything else from you.

I order 5 …5 swimsuits in August. I needed them by second week in October. They were supposed to be at my door by 1october. NO EMAIL TO SAY THEY HAD BEEN SENT . So I emailed and asked where my Oder was . NO REPLY!!!!! Then due date pasted emailed them to see if my order had been shipped and when I could expect it. NO REPLY !!!!!! Got PayPal involved got a refund , which is not what I wanted i wanted the swimwear . And they emailed me saying I was getting a refund . So angry terrible communication and or customer care if I could give you NO STARS THATS WHAT YOUD GET !!!!😡
