Great quality and true to size products. Though I didnt receive a confirmation email when I contacted them I received a reply in a couple of days. Items took a couple of weeks to arrive . I am delighted with the two swim tops and swim leggings I bought

Swimsuit fits perfectly! Now I can really enjoy spending time with my kids at the pool without worrying about chafing and discomfort. Good quality, delivered on time!

Great range and fast delivery. I love my swimdress. The fabric is soft and flowy and the fit is perfect. I can swim with my grandaughter without feeling self concious.

The quality of the items are brilliant and the customer service team are fairly quick to respond however the overall service has been terrible. I put an order in with a months’ notice before the items were required for a holiday. After having 0 communication from them over a week after I placed the order, I contacted their email to ask what was happening. I was then told that an item I had ordered was unavailable and presented with various alternate options of how to proceed. Why I had to reach out to them to find this out, I will never know. If I had not emailed, would they just have never sent anything despite having taken my money!? I replied asking for a different item to be sent in place of the unavailable item, but received a response confirming that they would send another completely different item. I quickly replied to ask that this not be sent as I had not approved it and yet they were going to charge me for it. They then responded asking for further clarification of what item I wished and so I replied with the same information I had originally sent and they responded that this would finally be sent to me. A week later, (two weeks until the items were required) I received a further email with tracking confirmation that the parcel had finally been sent. When I opened the tracking information, it led to a page that said any information was unavailable so I emailed them to ask for a link that actually worked. They replied with the correct link which took me to a page that said the parcel had not yet been received from them. So I emailed them once again to chase this and they provided me with the tracking update that had been sent to them. I realised at this point that my parcel would not be received in time and so contacted them to ask whether they could do something about it. I was met with a snotty and sarcastic reply that was very unhelpful. I finally received the products on my return from the holiday for which they were required. I am now in the process of trying to return these items which are obviously now not required as I had to buy something from Amazon instead which was great. They have said that I will have to fund the return and that not all items are eligible despite me checking that they were not final sale items when I placed the order Although they are good products, the lack of communication and amount of times I had to contact them about various issues was unacceptable and unfortunately they are unwilling to take any responsibility or make amends for this. I will definitely not be paying them any more money and I’ve been disgusted with the service I have received.

Love it! I ored the romper swim suit, I love the design and the fit, it hides everything that I dont like to show. I have had many people coment on how good they look. It did take acoue of weeks to arrive, but in saying that, it was coming international post.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are misrepresenting themselves as an Australian-based business when they are in fact operating out of China. This is misleading and raises serious concerns under Australian Consumer Law. I purchased three swimsuits. One was faulty, and the other two were incorrectly sized. Under consumer law, I am entitled to a full refund for a faulty product. Instead, the company repeatedly attempted to impose partial refunds, which is not an acceptable remedy and does not meet their legal obligations. After more than a week of unnecessary delay and repeated follow-ups, I was finally provided with a return address overseas. I was then forced to pay $70 in international return shipping—an unreasonable cost given the faulty item and the company’s failure to provide a compliant resolution. The returned parcel is now being held in customs because the company is refusing to cooperate with clearance. This is further obstructing the resolution process and prolonging the issue. I am currently out of pocket $197 for the original purchase, plus $70 in return shipping, with no resolution. Tracking via Australia Post: LK268808391AU. This matter has now been formally escalated to my bank as a disputed transaction, and a complaint has been lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Further action will be considered if this matter is not resolved promptly. This conduct reflects a failure to meet basic consumer guarantees and a pattern of delay, deflection, and non-compliance. Consumers should proceed with extreme caution.

I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery due to out of stock issues but my swimwear arrived and fits perfectly, I did upsize as suggested, very pleased with my purchase.

The delivery was quick and the products were exactly as described, fitting and colorwise..Awesome experience!
