I am pleased with the items I ordered. I rated it down due to lack of communication, from the order through to when it was shipped. No tracking information was provided. The delivery took 11 weeks to arrive. Definitely need to up your game with communication and delivery.

I ordered a swimsuit online, and I am happy to say it is very well constructed, NOT flimsy like too many other companies online! I'm very happy. No wardrobe malfunctions ahead for me!

Tried to make a purchase, the second I clicked to confirm, I got a notification from my bank app saying a purchase had been made via GIFTCENAXU for the same amount, but the circle of doom kept spinning on the checkout screen and wouldn't stop, so I got no confirmation screen or email saying my purchase had been made. This then showed up in my pending transactions in my banking app, but not in my Lilyease order history (I had created an account, which I was going to delete, but seems they've done it for me!!! I no longer have any option to log in - it's all so dodgy). I emailed the customer service email address and they were gaslighting me about the GIFTCENAXU thing - "Our site is Lilyease, not giftcenaxu. Please check it carefully"!!! Broken English in responses, clearly not a European, US or Australian company, likely based in China or somewhere as others have said, and I agree, also likely fake positive reviews on here too. Thankfully once I contacted customer service the pending transaction disappeared from my bank statement in the banking app. Lucky escape for me.

Lovely swimsuit, material is really nice and love the pockets!!!! Delivery was quick and kept me informed of when it was dispatched

I was worried they wouldn't arrive before I left for holidays but they did and they're great quality and look fab.

I wanted to change for a different size and order additional items. This is what I got back “Final sale items, regardless of price, are not returnable or refundable. We noticed the return item is the final sale item,No returns or exchanges.” So I won’t be ordering anything from them again. They lost a customer.

Really pleased - my purchase arrived and it was exactly what I thought it should be. Quality material, wide straps, and a comfortable fit. I would buy from Lilyease again - it’s on my good list!
