If I could give it a zero I would. FO NOT PURCHASE! You will not receive the same product in the picture they ripped off from some other boutique. When you try to return it they expect you to ship it to China which they know will cost an arm and a leg so they just “oh so sorry” and keep your $…funny though I received my package from Tammy in Texas…? But I have to ship it to China? SCAM! I hope they get shut down…

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 dresses over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping so I would receive it in 5-10 business days. When I contacted customer service via email (they have no phone number), they responded with: use the tracking app, your order is coming. The tracking app says the status of the order is "pending", at this point, I'm going to contact my credit card company and say the purchase was fraudulent so I can get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor and inferior quality on Lilipretty clothing. Item I ordered looks nothing like what was on the website. The item was not cheap, it costed $60.89 US dollars. They offered a refund but said I had to ship the item back to China which would cost more than the item costs. Very, very disappointed. Would never even think of wearing this.

Do not order from this company!!! Would not refund my money!! I emailed them and they are just ignoring my emails!!! They wanted to refund $5.00!! What a joke!!

Lilipretty.com ended up canceling my purchase thanks to the PayPal customer service.

Like everyone said, this company is a fraud. And I knew it would be difficult to return my item because my jacket arrived without any packaging slips. Clearly, they do not want you to return it. The jacket was nothing like the picture and when I went through tracking, they erased all identifying information. My blazer came without a sizing tag and a pricing tag. I am sorry I did not read the reviews ahead of time. I am not even going to use my energy to try to return it.

Lili pretty is a fraud, scam! They advertised denim pants and they sent me some cheap flimsy shiny polyester pants that were totally misshapen and not like advertised on the model. There’s no way to get your money back because they tell you to send it back with very expensive shipping and then they don’t even promise they’ll Receive it. So frustrating, total fraud.

I ordered an item and it was not at all like the description or picture. I didn’t get the item until almost 1 month after I ordered. You can only contact them through email. You can return items but it is at your own expense and they highly discourage you because of the shipping cost and possible customs charges. They offered me $3 for a $41 shirt just to keep it but my expense was more because I had to pay shipping. I gave one star because you have to click one to write the review-I would have given 0!
