Ordered 2/3, was told will receive by 2/9th, today is the 20th, Following instructions on site, copy & pasted order#, it says it does not recognize it. 🙄🤔. I just contacted my credit card company & they just credited my account. This is ridiculous. PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN, THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Always remember to do your research on these companies, that was my mistake. 2/26th HERE EDITING AFTER FINALLY GETTING ITEMS: So guys, they came…so here is my opinion on this company. They see a nice pic of an outfit, they purchase the “look a like” fabric & sew it. You should see the poor fabric they used for my outfit, it’s shiny & nothing like whats in the picture. So, I will let them know I will send it back on their dime. I would not even give it away to anyone, that would be an insult. On a scale of 1-5 stars, they are not even on the scale, & it was approx $97. So disappointed!

I would give negative stars if possible this is the worst business the items look nothing like the website and customer service is so slow and messy do not trust them

I have not recieved my order that I paid express shipping for and it was to arrive in 5 to 10 buisness days , it has now been over 20 days and according to tracking it arrived in my town but not dispatched to be delivered . the last of the tracking I got it was returned and going backwards . After reading these reviews on here I feel like this is a scam , Have emailed the company twice with no reply !!!! . Buyer Beware of this company .

Products are not the same as in the photos. Material is cheap and tacky. DO NOT BUY!!! It is not worth it. Sounds like the returns policy is shocking too. I will not be paying to return cheap ass items. Save my money.

Update: finally got a refund, still irked about the whole experience and lack of product I ordered. I’m going only updating this because they’ve harassed me via email into doing so. My opinion didn’t change, I still wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Original: Posted a previous review. Customer service had reached out to me after seeing the review (after ignoring multiple emails from me) and I still have no resolution. They advertise that customer services responds within 24 hours but that is simply not the case. Don’t shop here.

Horrible return policy Do not buy from them If your item does not fit, they expect you to pay for return shipping and they do not except dhl, fedex, or ups. They offer you $5 to keep an item that didn't fit so if you spent $75, you are out $70 with an item that doesn't fit

Photo online was a complete misrepresentation of the product received.
