You keep asking me for an order number and like I said, I don’t have it!?!!! so I don’t know what to do but I would still like to return one of these jumpsuits and I’m not paying for a shipping label. You kept telling me I need to pay for shipping and I’m not doing that so if you can send me a shipping label. I will put this in the mail and send it to you for my refund But I don’t have my order number. It’s been like a little bit over a year or exactly a year.

Thanks to all the people who wrote negative reviews; I wish I had read them before I ordered from this company. I waited 17 days from my order, with two items. They were so late. I miss the occasion I was going to wear them too. I asked them to reverse the order and they would not. I asked them to cancel the order, and they would not. After 20 days, I finally received my order! Both items SMELL INCREDIBLY TOXIC, A HORRIBLE SMELL THAT EVAN AFTER AIRING OUTSIDE, THEY STILL SMEEL OBNOXIOUS! I am waiting for a reply to return them!

Received $185 worth of clothes. They are all very small, made horribly and see through. Contacted for return instructions. They said I have to return to China at my own expense with no guarantee they will make it past customs. The package came from CHICAGO, but I can’t return there. They offered me $6 to keep the items. I’m sending back (vacuum sealed) with tracking. Let’s see how this goes. This “business” is a scam.

I paid for express shipping and they still took 30 days and I still only received 2 of the 4 items I paid for so far. I am still waiting on 2 more items. These 2 cheap items are not even worth sending back to China and they know that. I paid $165.00 that included express shipping and their response is as follows: Dear Customer, We are very sorry that the product has left you unsatisfied. Return is accepted, but you need cover the return shipping cost.the return address is in China. For your benefits, we suggest that you consider keeping this item to avoid the costs involved with returning it. We've come up with some offers for you: 1.We can refund you 5$ as compensation and you keep the items,is it OK? 2. Offer you a 25% discount coupon which could be used for next order. 3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us. Would you please advise which offer you will take? This is unacceptable. I am wanting to report this company to the greatest extent possible.

Clothes were as described. Great customer service.

This is a great company. They are fast with customer service and have great selection of clothing. Shipping may take two weeks.
