The worst customer service! On top quality of clothes is so cheap and not as pictured. I contacted the customer service the day after I ordered to cancel my order and I was told the order has been shipped but I received an email only couple days later that it was just shipped. I was offered $10 refund to not ship clothes back and was told to just resell the clothes. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do mot spend money on this website

Disappointing clothing quality and customer service. Do not buy from them, as the other reviews mentioned, the material is not great and returning it has been unsuccessful. They do not provide a return address. I should have read the reviews before buying it online, now I will not buy from lilipretty and will let all my friends and family know not to buy from them as well.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!! This is one of those Chinese companies that advertise high end clothing and what you receive is NOT what you order. They will try to get you to keep the useless garments by insisting you ship it all the way back to china to get your refund. They also offer a coupon in exchange for you to keep the ugly and useless clothes. Da heck?! Why would I want a coupon? So I can be conned again? I threatened to escalate my claim with Paypal and they finally offered to give me my refund. Just stay away from this company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! CLOTHES IS EXTREMELY CHEAP. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM TO RETURN AND WONT REPLY . THE LAST I HEARED FROM THEM WAS TO SELL THE CLOTHES TO OTHERS (CRAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL).

Ordered 4 items. All four were not as described, pictured or advertised. Support contact email on site is bounces back as email not found. Found another email that they used through Paypal and they have yet to reply. Ended up filing a claim with my cc company.
