Absolutely terrible, unresponsive customer service. They rarely answer the phone and chat is disabled most of the time. We have been waiting for two months for return shipment information (yes, lamp was purchased in December before the holidays and we are now at the end of February and still have the lamp!).

Original order came in with a problem with the lamp base. It was missing the second glazing. I knew this because I have another one just like it in my summer home. Lights and Home contacted the manufacturer and had a new base sent right away.
