Great price and sexy fan!!! The fan went into my husbands "man room". It is super quiet and helps keep the room cooler. The look of the fan is exactly what he wanted. It's masculine and expensive looking. The Edison bulbs are too cool. We are going to shop here for all lighting and fans from now on. The prices are better than other places for the exact same product. Plus, the whole transaction was hassle free! Thank you!!!

I purchased two Quoizel lamps from Lightsandhome and was THRILLED with how beautiful and perfect they were for my space. The lamps came packed for long-distance travel and were in perfect condition. You can't beat the Quoizel brand. I would shop again without hesitation from the seller.

We bought a bathroom light fixture that said it was in stick at the time of purchase. When I checked out and paid I immediately got a notice saying that it was on backorder and estimated that it would be available in six weeks. They gave me the choice to apply my money paid to another light fixture or cancel my purchase or just wait. I waited but never received anther update. 6 weeks later the package arrived but I never got an update saying that the product was back in stock or that it had shipped. It jus seemed like bad communication. The light is great and I got it for an incredible price compared to other places but that made me wonder if I had gotten scammed because of the lack of updates.

Excellent service, the item was out of stock, they located the item for me and kept me in the loop. Unfortunately, the main fixture was enormous for the size of my room. Love the look, but overwhelmed the room! Return was straight forward, but not easy.....

The prices were great but the customer service is really lacking. No one answers the customer service phone nor do they respond to messages left. It took them two days to respond to an email.

The customer service is absolutely top notch here. I have ordered every light fixture for my home from Lights and Home. Consistently sastified and pleased with quality, shopping speed, price, and available discounts!

They were very responsive with my questions. When I needed to cancel an order they took care of it immediately with no problem.
