I love my fan. It is beautiful, small which was what I was looking for, modern, brushed nickel, flushed, and without a light because that's what I wanted. I already have 3 lights in the kitchen.

Order was delayed 2x. It wasn't until I emailed customer service that they even updated the site's information. The promise on the site states "ships in 1-2 business days". I recieved my order 3 weeks later.
Response from LightsandhomeSep 14, 2017
Hi Katrina, We appreciate your feedback. Most items do ship in the promised window but unfortunately, sometimes back orders do occur. We did issue you a partial credit as a thank you for your patience when the item became back-ordered with the manufacturer. We'll pass your review on to our customer service team so we can work on having quicker order updates provided in the future. Regards, Aubrey M.
