I have been a long time liftmode.com customer. I have had a great experience every EXCEPT once. There was one bad batch I came across. The problem wasn’t even that I got one batch. The problem was that after spending over $2K with liftmode I had to argue with them over many emails to get them to replace a $50 order. That being said I still order from them.
Response from LiftModeJun 27, 2019
Hello Sean, We appreciate that you stuck with us despite having a poor customer service experience. We do strive to provide the best service we can and are always looking for ways to improve. Our return process does require a few emails so we can gather the batch information for any products presenting quality concerns, this helps us to ensure that we can provide consistently high-quality products. Thanks for your understanding and for giving us the chance to serve you again. All the best, Eevee and the LiftMode Team
