Hello John, Thank you for your feedback and recommendation, we regret hearing that you have had a bad experience with one of our products. We strongly caution customers about overusing Phenibut. We strongly advise customers to adhere to our serving guidelines. Exceeding the above guidance amounts can lead to Phenibut becoming less beneficial over time, as your body may start to take it for granted. But if you stick to those guidelines, you will be able to obtain the most significant benefit from Phenibut with minimal downsides. Sometimes, it may even be better to temporarily close an account until we can confirm that a customer is self regulating and not overusing or abusing Phenibut or any of our products. For customers who are unable to comply with our serving guidelines we may not ever be able to sell it to them again at all. We want all customers to be aware that Phenibut loses its efficacy if used more frequently and in larger servings than recommended. We also welcome you to provide your feedback and to return undesired products, that are causing any adverse effects for you. We recommend starting with 500mg (0.5 grams) of Phenibut HCl crystalline granules. It may take up to 2-3 hours for you to judge how your body reacts to this initial amount. After this period, if desired you can take an additional scoop, up to 1000 mg (1 gram). The only way to be sure that your dosages are accurate is to use a scale. We highly recommend the use of a sensitive scale for weighing out your supplements.
