Ryan
Been shopping here for about 2 or 3 years. Always perfect products and eveything is always 100 percent correct... My only issue is they recently increased the price on the one single product that I buy from their site...used to be around 95 USD, now it's over 130 USD... I have a member discount, so what I used ti pay around 89 dollars for is now 125ish... I could see a few dollar increase, but not that much. With coupons it makes it better(around 100 USD total) but those coupons are few and far apart, especially when I make around 10-15 orders a year... I can't complain too much I guess though, their quality control is rivaled by none... Hopefully it won't see a hike in the price anytime soon...

Hello Ryan, Thank you very for your ongoing support and patient understanding. We apologize for the recent price increases. We had to increase our prices however due to increased raw material costs and extraordinarily high tariffs imposed on our imported materials. Unfortunately, we cannot maintain low prices or sell for much less, when our costs are increased, without lowering the quality of our products, which we refuse to do. Please just contact us whenever you are ready to order again, so we may take care of you right away. Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

I’ve placed several orders & have always been quite pleased with the products, the organization of the site, the speedy reliability of the shipping & the customer service. When a recent order arrived with one wrong item, a quick chat through the website resulted in shipment of the missing item before the day was out! Fantastic guys! My warm thanks to Sammy & Team Liftmode.

marilyn
I love the products but in a recent order I purchased ITPP and the sample was so small in relation to the recommended dose. I only got 3 servings out of it. Considering the price that is very very high.
Response from LiftModeNov 27, 2019
Hello Marilyn, Thank you very much for your support and patient understanding. We understand your concern about the price per serving and serving size vs size of unit available. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reduce the prices, but we are trying to identify a comparable supply of quality that will enable us to do so. The larger unit size will be available once we restock. Please check back with us for availability within 4-6 weeks. If you contact us before completing your order, we will offer you a small discount for your trouble and as a reward for your honest feedback! We look forward to hearing back from you again real soon and to serving you better in the future. Warm regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
