My shipment ran into a problem, and they went above and beyond to correct it. Good products, and quick costumer service.

This was my third time ordering from LiftMode. My first two orders were great - no problems whatsoever. This time, however, my package didn't arrive at all. Tracking via UPS said that my order had been delivered, but I had nothing - no package, no delivery notice, etc. Not really even sure this is LiftMode's fault, but it was not a good experience. For the record, I have reached out to them and let them know.

Hi there, We appreciate you taking the time to write this review, they always help to point us in the right direction to better serve our customers. I am deeply sorry to hear about the undelivered package! We do our best to provide fast and free shipping through UPS, but from time to time packages in transit can go astray.. This is why we offer free reshipments in cases of lost or stolen shipments! We would love to get a reshipment dispatched your way as soon as possible, but we need to hear from you via email to get this arranged. I took a look through all of our customer enquiries, and I'm afraid I can't yet see any pending messages that I can action. If you wouldn't mind reaching out to us again, we would love to get this sorted for you. Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to hearing from you! All the best, Bruce and the Liftmode team
