Very poor quality, no possibility to ask for a refund (they ask you to send back the item to an address in the US at your expenses if you want to have a refund..). It's definitely a scam company.

Cap wasn’t made in the US and looks nothing like the pictures, came from China and is very poor quality. Looks like it was put together in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, would not recommend this company.

Wow - found the exact same caps on Amazon for a fraction of the price! I really regret I just didn't buy them from Amazon in the first place. You can probably also just find them elsewhere. However, the caps are nice though

Like a lot of folk said, they present as some US based company but my order shipped directly from China. And they keep sending messages about how they're just a small family run business, which is clearly nonsense. And the cap still hasn't arrived. Edit: Order has been marked as being delivered. Reached out to Lift Down and Shopify (where the payment went through). No help from either. Edit (months later 11 Feb 24): threat of review being taken down because Lift Down have requested more information.

Ordered a 1/2 dozen hats for the summer in a variety of colors. I’ve already received a ton of compliments on them!
