I love my hats
I love my hats. I bought several of them last Christmas. They have held up well so far and I love the variety of colors.

Hats did not run true to sizing…
Hats did not run true to sizing chart...way too big. Also, middle seam of the cap did not align with the center of the bill, indicates poor quality and construction

Hi Rick, We’re sorry the caps didn’t fit as expected. We’d be happy to set up a free exchange for a smaller size, and we’ll replace any cap with a misaligned seam. Cap manufacturing is a very manual process, and while we do our best to make sure every cap is aligned perfectly, attaching the brim to the front panels by hand can occasionally lead to minor misalignments. We work to catch and remove these during our QA process, and we’re sorry one made it through to you. Delivery
I paid extra for faster shipping and you took 3 days to ship it and then the delivery agent missed the delivery date and took an extra day to deliver it. Never again.

Most of our colorways go through a wash that gives them a softly faded, slightly varied look, which is noted in the color disclaimer on our product pages. Screens can also shift how a color appears online. If you’d prefer a different color, we’d be happy to set up a free exchange. A company dedicated to getting it Right.
This was my second order with LIft Down. My first order of nine small women caps were so surprisingly Perfect ! I can never get a good fit because I have smaller head size than the average ball caps for women. I immediately ordered five more beautiful colors. One of these was too large. Got in touch with company and they immediately replaced the cap with the perfect fitting small size free of charge for my troubles. This company has high quality hats with a dedication to give you a perfect fit. So glad I found them.
