Leveranstiden var tyvärr mycket längre än förväntat, och kundservice var inte hjälpsam alls. Dessutom var kvaliteten på kepsen inte riktigt vad jag hade hoppats på.

Hats are OK. Colours are good though question as to whether the material is not too thin. Horrendous shipping. Very difficult to track and shipping company lied that it it tired to deliver to my place.

Terrible quality, I have no idea what all these good reviews are about. Stitching doesn’t even seem right in the beanies, just don’t even fit right in any way. Tried to return but am outside the US so they won’t. Even if I could theres a 15% charge aswell as having to pay shipping yourself. Avoid at all costs, I feel like I’ve flushed the money down the toilet.

Never received my order. USPS never received the package after the label was created. Was told to wait repeatedly by customer service

Lift Down adverised the size of their hats as 7- 3/8 to 7-5/8, but the hats they delivered were smaller, much smaller. When I pointed out their error, they wanted to charge me a fee to reurn them. I had to ask Paypal's help to receive a full refund.
