What you see is not what you get.
The hats displayed in the Facebook ads were certainly attractive. A very nice curve above the brim typical of a well manufactured 'fitted' baseball hat. I got the impression that the company was from the States but the hat came from China. It had an obvious stitching flaw in the brim that quality control should have seen and rejected, but they sent it to me anyway. Looking at the photos, the cloth thickness of the cap should have been substantial, but it turned out to be thin. I would call it borderline flimsy. The 6 panels were sewn together with so much slack that there were huge wrinkles all the way around. Anyway, I sent a photo to support and they sent me another one. This came from a different city in China. It took quite a long time to arrive and the deficiencies in manufacture were the same. While it would not bother me to wear the hat around the yard, I wouldn't wear it in public. I paid a premium price for what I expected would be a premium quality baseball style hat. Instead I got a hat that could not have cost them more than a dollar or two to manufacture. I can't imagine giving them a second try.
