Deceptive marketing of a not-so-premium product, responsive service afterwards
Another customer here who received the cap, and was disappointed to see how cheap the cap feels in terms of its shape and build quality, compared to what is shown on the website. I bought this cap based on needing a larger size, and while it does fit ok in terms of diameter, it has the following problems that make me regret the purchase: - The brim looks and feels lopsided - The main cap area is super flimsy, completely lacking in structure, and nothing like the photos on the website suggest - The whole cap looks too flat and squashed, in relation to the larger width - it feels like the proportions of the head of the cap have been poorly adapted to the XL size, from the design of the normal size - The brim is clearly poorly stitched onto the head of the cap in a way that adds to the lopsided feel and overall wonky shape Add me to the list of disappointed people who feel duped by the glossy website / deceptive marketing text. [UPDATE: Tarrik and someone in the team promptly reached out to me offering free replacement caps or a refund. Updating my review from 2 stars to 3.]

Hi Steve, Our caps are put together by hand, and what you received didn't meet our standards. A recent small production batch was scrapped for that reason, but part of it was shipped to our fulfillment center by mistake. We're in contact with the affected customers now, and yours sounds like one of them. Email [email protected] and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. On the softness, that part is intentional and it's stated in our product description. The Classic Cap is unstructured and pre-shaped so it wears broken in from day one rather than stiff. We also show photos of models wearing the caps so customers can see how it actually sits on the head before ordering. - Tarrik
