As others have said, this seems like a bit of a con. Very glossy marketing but hat arrive in a dirty postage bag with no receipt. The hat itself is too small for my head and I have a very small head. Made of very thin material. Now I've checked the website and realise to return I'd have to fork out for the postage back to the US. V disappointed.

Excellent customer service. My original parcel was lost, but the seller responded quickly and sent me a replacement cap without any hassle. Really poor quality, at least for the international version. Took 2.5 weeks to ship to Canada, only for it to arrive in a plastic bag, and the brim attached crooked. I saw it mentioned in other reviews but was trying to be optimistic, but these hats are definitely just Alibaba partnerships where they get their logo tag added on the inside. Really disappointed as they make it look like a more premium brand, and tout “in depth QA” when this is something that apparently happens frequently.

I have a large Scottish head, and I have never found a billed hat that fits me. The XL fits great, and the hat is great quality. I highly recommend. Great customer service, too.
