An honest great company Refreshing to see this these days Well done

Marielle in customer service went above and beyond in helping me through a problem that I created. Thank you Marielle for your professionalism and patience.

Unfortunately, we cannot rate this company well. My husband bought 3 caps, but they were not the right size. I following the detailed instructions to return for a replacement. NOTHING! I have written to the company via their contact portal TWICE with no reply. They have our money, and we have no hats. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after so long, we will need to get our money back via our bank. Buyer beware?

Besides the fact that my brother loves his hat, the customer service department was fabulous. The company contacted me to say that they hadn't heard from me, and wanted to be sure that my present had gotten to the recipient. I checked with my brother, and it hadn't. A long series of miscommunications ensued, ALL on my end, and the customer service department responded to each one to double check the information, which I finally got correct, and the hat was on its way. The difficulty was all from me, and they never once just let it go, but continued to make sure they had everything. I would recommend this company, that obviously cares about the quality of their hats, but also cares about the people who are receiving or giving them.

Not only are their hats great but they have great customer service as well. I now have six Lift Down hats and enjoy them all! I highly recommend this company.

The hats with my logo turned out great. It was a bit of a struggle communicating with Lift Down to get the details right. In the end, it worked out.

Their Classic Cap is the best cap I have ever owned. The design and quality are superior, the fit and appearance are great and the color choices offer something for everyone. I plan to order a few more. You should too.

I was so upset the small adult hat didn’t fit me- it really fit my 4 year old daughter well so I’m convinced it’s a kid size hat. They staff were awesome and sent me another for free in the regular size which of course was too big. I really thought these hats were advertised as a little smaller than normal adult hats not a lotttt smaller so I was disappointed again. The time they took with me is why they get 4 stars, we both really wanted me to find the perfect hat.
