Great Caps!
The caps are great colors and well made. I especially like that they come in different sizes to help insure a proper fit.

Experience was great
Experience was great, easy to order, and received my hats within 10 days. My husband loves them. So do I as they don’t have writing or advertising on them.

I've ordered two XL caps now…
I've ordered two XL caps now and both were processed and shipped quickly. I'm impressed with the quality and fit of the caps. I'm typically at the outer limits of fit on caps but these have great adjustment and plenty long straps for setting the fit.

I have a big head and have a difficult…
I have a big head and have a difficult time finding a hat that fits well and looks good. My search is over. These hats are awesome. Lots of compliments.

unable to deliver package correctly
your shipper and customer service team are unable to deliver the package correctly. 2 shipments were left outside on a busy city street. Common sense would let anyone know that is not an option. I stated this prior to the second shipment and customer service ignored this very important request.

Hi Dave, We work with major U.S. carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. After noticing your Facebook comment about the fit of your hat purchased over 18 months ago, we offered to send you a newly released size. We shipped to your address twice, and both deliveries were marked as completed. We also offered to reship a third time to a different address and are currently awaiting the updated shipping details to send your free cap. We take shipping very seriously and are actively investigating how these two shipments may have gone missing. - Tarrik
