Shipping was fast. The hat arrived in a normal box but when I opened it the hat was as flat as a pancake. I know this is an “unstructured” hat but it looks like a cabby hat when I put it on. Nothing like the images on the website. Update: I returned the hat and they shipped me a replacement at no charge to me. Customer service is excellent. Although my experience wasn’t great I will consider them in the future for another hat.

The hats are okay. I was hoping for made in America but no, just more China made stuff. Fit was good, material is somewhat thin. Probably wouldn’t buy again

These are well made hats for a fair price! What’s not to like about that? Great selection of colors and consistent construction. I would love to see a fitted hat in your lineup!

My Lift Down cap is well made and fits my big head.

Ordered two hats. Both arrived quickly. Seem to be of good quality. More importantly, they fit my 7/34 size head just fine. Will probably buy another.

The website seemed to have a good description of the product which helped me make a decision to go with Lift Down. The hat I purchased was as described and well made and very comfortable, good fit also. Only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was the web site was wonky when trying to follow up to find a delivery date. I couldn't even log in to an account. I used Customer Support feature which DID work and got a response the next day. Following day I got my hat.
