Carhartt is a legendary brand that’s been around for over a century, and we definitely don’t pretend to compete with them. What we offer is a different style, with a focus on understated everyday caps, and we’ve worked hard over the years to build something we’re proud of. That said, our caps are made through a very hands-on process with multiple stages of manual labor, and like any brand, there’s always the chance of a few bad apples slipping through. We do everything we can to minimize that, and if a cap arrives with issues—like misaligned stitching or a faulty clasp—we’ll always make it right. We offer replacements with expedited shipping at no cost because we stand behind the quality of what we make. If you noticed any defects in your cap, please reach out to our support team. Our Classic Cap is intentionally lightweight with a relaxed, unstructured design, but we understand that’s not the right fit for everyone. We also take quality concerns seriously and will be reviewing the issues you noted with our team. As for returns, we do our best to keep international shipping costs low by fulfilling some orders directly from our overseas facility. That does mean returns go through our US location, and unfortunately, we’re not yet able to offer prepaid return labels internationally. Our Classic Cap has a soft, unstructured crown and a square fit by design—many of our customers appreciate the unique shape, but we understand it's not for everyone. For international orders, we ship directly from our production facility to keep shipping fast and affordable. Returns are processed in the US, and while we cover shipping on many outbound orders, we’re not yet able to offer prepaid return labels internationally. Our Classic Caps are intentionally unstructured for a relaxed, lived-in feel, which many of our customers love—but we understand it may not suit everyone. For international orders, we ship directly from our production facility to keep delivery times reasonable and offer free or low-cost shipping. Returns are handled through our New York location so we can process them efficiently. We're not trying to discourage returns and are always happy to help if the process is unclear. Hi Matt, Just to clarify — we don’t dropship any products. Every hat we sell is our own, made in partnership with our long-time manufacturing team. We’ve been offering the same caps for years and stand by their quality. In the past, we shipped all orders from the U.S., but international customers were paying more for shipping and customs than for the product itself. To make things more affordable, we now fulfill international orders from a center near our manufacturer. It’s the exact same product — same materials, same specs — just with more reasonable shipping costs. If something about your order didn’t meet expectations, we’re happy to look into it. But it’s important to be accurate — this isn’t a dropship operation, and we take our reputation seriously. - Tarrik

To offer affordable shipping to our international customers, we ship orders in Europe and Australia from a fulfillment provider near our manufacturer. This allows us to provide free shipping on orders over $40, and just $5 shipping on smaller orders—much lower than the $25–$40 it would cost to ship from the U.S. This setup helps us keep costs down without compromising quality. Fit and shape can definitely be tricky with hats, especially across different fabrics and colors. We do advertise the cap as lightweight — that’s actually a key selling point for a lot of our customers, as it helps make the fit more comfortable and breathable.
